• After a delicious dinner, gather your family and friends around a warm bonfire under a starry sky.

Bhandardara Camping Itinerary
Day 1
• Check-in to the campsite | Stay & Activities
• 4.00 PM – Reach the campsite and check in to your allotted tents.
• 4.30 PM – You will be given a complimentary welcome beverage with snacks once you have checked in and have freshened up.
• 6.00 PM – Indulge in fun indoor and outdoor activities and then enjoy the sunset view.
• 8.00 PM – Experience a memorable night while having a barbecue and playing games to some good music.
• 10.30 PM – Have a scrumptious dinner and dance to some good music while sitting around a bonfire.

Day 2
• Check out from the campsite | End of Experience
• 8.00 AM – Have some delicious snacks and tea as a morning breakfast.
• 9.00 AM – Enjoy the boating ride for 15-20 min which covers one of the most beautiful attraction points like Wilson Dam, Sahyadri Mountain range, Sandhan valley and Kalsubai peak, Bhawani lake, Panjara waterfall, and many more.
• 10.00 AM – Leave the campsite with some pleasant memories.

• Bonfire is common for everyone.
Kindly co-operate to keep the surroundings clean.
• Listen to the instructions given by the tour organizers.
• Washroom facilities are common for everyone at Bhandardara Lakeside camping.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• Bhandardhara is a dam so there is no control on the water levels. When the water levels are high, the camp site is shifted to alternate locations.
• In case it is raining, camps can not be accommodated for customers. We will provide alternative accommodation in common dormitories on a multiple sharing basis in such scenarios, camping & dormitories are very basic in nature. One must not expect luxuries.
• After booking, location details mentioned on booking voucher can vary. Guests are requested to call the tour operator in advance & get the actual location of the camp.
