Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No show No Refund.
- If the event gets canceled due to any unavoidable circumstances, a 100% refund will be provided

- Event tickets can be transferred to another date against cancellation 3 or more days before the event date.

- Event tickets can not be transferred to another date against cancellation
- Event tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation 8 or more days before the event date.
Mi Durg Veda Hikers will not offer nor pay any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services due to the traveler’s fault, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
- Please note that cancellation charges are calculated on the total amount payable and not of advance amount paid.
- Travelothrills Hikers will not be responsible for any losses incurred for any train/air/bus/taxi bookings, hotel bookings, or extension to the camp done by clients/participants (either independently or through us)
- Refunds will be paid only by NEFT /UPI/ Bank transfer within 5 days of the completion of the event. Even in case of events canceled by Mi Durg Veda Hikers, the same process will be followed.
- In case the participant cancels the booking of an event where transfer of booking is done, the participant will be refunded the amount as per the applicable cancellation policy.
- In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure, etc.), the refund shall be payable concerning the given refund norms.
